Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features on the International and India Only plans. No credit card is required to start your trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference will be prorated for the remainder of your subscription period.
Do you offer discounts for multiple stores?
Yes, we offer special pricing for retail chains with more than 3 stores. Contact our sales team for a custom quote tailored to your network size.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact our support team and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export all records, prescriptions, and invoices. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers in line with our privacy policy.
